This has to be one of the neatest oil filter mounts available. It uses a very thick (almost 3/16 of an inch) walled glass tube around the filter element so you can actually see the oil flowing through. The ends are machined from solid 6061 aircraft aluminum. The top cap has –6AN o-ring ports machined in for inlet and outlet. Mounting holes in top cap are 5/16 through holes. Maximum diameter is about 4-1/2 inches and the overall length is about 5 inches. The diameter of the glass is 3 inches. Included is one Baldwin P1433 oil filter. This housing will also accept a Fram CH8765 filter or any oil filter that fits a 2000 Oldsmobile Intrigue. These filters are very common on many newer cars and should be easy to find come replacement time. Made in USA!!

Mounting holes in top cap are tapped 5/16-18 UNC thread. The lower cap has a very powerful rare earth magnet inserted to trap any steel or iron debris. Maximum diameter is about 3.25 inches and the overall length is about 6-1/4 inches. Included is one Baldwin P1433 oil filter. This housing will also accept a Fram CH8765 filter or any oil filter that fits a 2000 Oldsmobile Intrigue. These filters are very common on many newer cars and should be easy to find come replacement time.
